ALPP each year confers on individuals from the field of Leadership and Policy with ALPP's Generation Leadership Achievement Award, and inducting them into ALPP at our annual international conference. Honorees are selected based on their significant contributions to humanity, including prominent scholars who have distinguished themselves academically by publishing numerous Leadership/Policy works. They must have sufficiently supported the body of leadership and policy knowledge and practices in the field of leadership and policy education. Honorees are typically recognized in person at the Annual ALPP International Conferences.

This award is presented to individuals who have contributed immensely to the understanding and practice of effective leadership and policy through good character, and have resulted in an unusual impact that transcended national boundaries. Recipients are bestowed the Distinguished Leadership & Policy Award to serve as inspiration to others. Honorees are typically recognized in person at the Annual ALPP International Conferences.
